How We Ship
PetVerse sources products from trusted international suppliers to bring you the best quality at competitive prices. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from overseas warehouses.
Delivery Times
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch.
South Africa (Domestic):
- Standard Shipping (R89) — 15–25 business days
- Express Shipping (R149) — 7–12 business days
- Free Shipping (orders R500+) — 15–25 business days
International:
- International Shipping (R320) — 10–20 business days
